The bill for $912.43 was the last straw. One look at it, and I got red in the face and shouted…

“This is outrageous! Who do these utility companies think they are? These leeches think they can jack up the price whenever they feel like it? I’m sick and tired of it!”

To calm me down, my wife suggested that we look at alternative energy sources. “If we can’t live without electricity,” she said, “maybe we can give less of our money to the utility company.” (more…)

How to Save Money on your Electricity Bills

Fed up with high electricity bills?

Do you want to know more about methods of saving electricity and ways to save money on your next electric bill?

Do you want to go green and be kinder to the enrivornment whilst leaving you and your family more money to spend on the things you enjoy in life ?

Read on for our top tips on how to save electricity in the home and make paying for electricity a thing of the past.

Here are the best tips for saving electricty in your home and cutting your home electricity costs to zero!

  1. Make your own electricity at home -  By building a simple DIY home made power plant you can generate enough electricity to power all major electrical appliances in your house. You can either build a solar power system using solar panels and cells or use a wind turbine to harness wind energy. Better still, build both for maximum savings and electricity generation capabilities and go off grid comletely. Never pay for electricity again. Get started for under $200. Click here for more information.
  2. Computers - Turn off your computer monitor. Even when we turn off the computer, most monitors are powered by a different plug. Be sure to turn off the monitor as well as the computer and don’t leave on standby.
  3. Fridges - Let hot food cool to room temperature before putting it in the fridge. Placing hot food straight into the fridge will increase the temperature in the fridge thus requiring more electricity and power to bring the fridge temperature down.
  4. Lighting - Use compact flourescent light bulbs (CFL) instead of regular light bulbs for all your home lighting. While they may cost slightly more to buy, they use less power and electricity over the long term and will result in lower electricity bills.
  5. Laundry - By ensuring you have a full load every time you use the washing machine, you’ll perform less loads and use less electricity. If you have a tumble dryer, set it to dry your clothes after midnight. Most electricity companies charge less during the early hours or non-peak demand times, thus you’ll pay lower electricity costs for your laundry.
  6. Televisions - Turn your TV off at the wall. Even leaving it on standby consumes power. Don’t believe the myth that states you use more electricity turning it on and off then leaving it in standby. Same goes for your radios, games consoles and other electrical appliances that operate on standby. It all adds up.
  7. Insulation - ensure your home has adequate loft or attic insulation. As heat rises it escapes through the roof. If you have an electric heater or air conditioning system it will use more power and electricity if your house is poorly insulated.

How to Build Solar Panels and Create Solar Energy

As one of the renewable energy sources, Solar Power has long interested me in my efforts to go green, reduce electricity bills and give me another project to concentrate on. Recently, I’ve been reading and using the Earth4Energy manual, a downloadable ebook that provides detailed step by step instructions on how to build your own solar panel power system that can be used to generate electricity at home.

I had spent $464 and still didn’t know how to install Solar Panels.

Considering I knew very little about do it yourself solar panels before reading the book I’m absolutely delighted that I have just finished building a solar panel for the first time and its already starting to generate power for my home.

I’m now reading about networking a number of solar panels together in order to generate more electricity in the hope that i can go off grid forever and never pay another electricity bill again, and it’s all thanks to the Earth4Energy manual which completely taught me how to do it.

The Earth4Energy manual is a comprehensive guide book aimed at the complete novice interested in learning how to make a solar panel system to create electricity at home.

Save yourself $3000 by installing them yourself

The Earth 4 Energy book provides concise information including pictures and diagrams that guides you step by step throughout the construction and installation process. Not only does Earth4Energy explain how to build a solar power system, it also offers detailed information on where to get the parts to build your solar power system online, saving you time and money. I managed to get all the kit and items needed delivered to me within a few days and the total cost of materials was just under $190 including delivery!

Now, I’m not really technically minded so I was chuffed with the way the Earth4Energy book was laid out and worded, and you can see that the author has taken a lot of time in writing the book with people like me in mind and the fact that I’ve build a solar power system as instructed in the book is testament to the book and the authors success - as well as my determination;)

All in, if you are interested in creating electricity from sunlight using solar panels and you want to build a solar panel system to power your home I would highly recommend the Earth4Energy manual.

  • Build a Solar Panel Power System for your home
  • Make Electricity from sunlight
  • Save on electricity bills
  • Be Kind to the environment

Did I mention this saves $3000?

The great part about this is that you can save a lot of money by installing and wiring the solar panels yourself. Trust me, once you’ve been shown how to do it the rest is easy… it’s getting someone who can explain it without using rocket scientist lingo.

The Earth4Energy guide makes an ideal project to undertake alone or with kids who are interested in how to generate electricity and we highly recommend you download the manual today and take advantage of the current discount of $40 off the regular price.

How to Make Electricity at Home

If like me you’re growing tired of high electricity prices and rising household bills you’ll be pleased to know about a couple of ebooks I’ve stumbled across that have been written and designed to teach us how to make electricity at home.

The process is simple. Construct either a solar panel power system or wind turbine and harness the power of renewable energy sources such as sunlight and wind to generate elecricity and power your home or business electrical appliances.

Earth4Energy

Earth4Energy

While the process sounds simple, the methodoly has often been baffling to even the most scientific of minds, but now with the ebooks Earth 4 Energy Home Made Power Plant and the process has been simplified and delivered in an easy to understand manual that even we could understand and follow and that’s saying something.

Earth4Energy.com is seemingly setting alight the green world by providing people with an instruction manual on how you or I can generate our own electricity at home. By building a solar panel power system or constructing a wind turbine for your home, you can dramatically lower your electricity costs by producing your own power and the Earth4Energy.com EBook shows you how to do it step by step.

The Earth 4 Energy manual is a 74 page guide that gets you through the complete process in building either a solar panel power system or wind turbine and provides detailed instructions and diagrams in terms that even the layman can understand. The cost of conversion to power all my household appliances was around $160 (Obviously the guide tells you where to get the materials from). Considering once your system is built and installed properly you’ll be saving thousands on your household or business electricity bills, it’s a sure fire investment that is guaranteed to not only be a fun and interesting project for you to build but also a practical project that will save you money in the long term as well as help protect our environment. Right now, I’m saving around $250+ per month and feeling pretty good about the savings and doing my share for the environment.

By using the renewable energy resources of sunlight and wind power you’ll reduce your dependency on fossil fuel derived electiricity which pollutes the atmosphere in its generation. Go green now and build your own home power system with the Earth4Energy.com manual.

In Conclusion, I highly recommend buying Earth4Energy.
