What is Renewable Energy?
Renewable Energy is a term used for Energy resources such as wind power or solar energy that can keep producing power indefinitely without being depleted. Renewable Energy is derived from sources that do not deplete natural resources such as fossil fuels, of which there is a finite supply.
Renewable, or green energy sources produce energy without many of the associated ills such as pollution, waste and risk that plague more traditional sources of energy. Consequently, millions of business and residential consumers are now showing they are willing to pay more for green power sources such as wind, solar and biomass resources and those that don’t want to pay for it are even learning how to generate elctricity at home by building and installing their own solar panels and wind turbines.
